Join Femke for a relaxed workshop of crafting your own Banneton.

Femke will share techniques like French landing and how to do a round base using pairing blueprints for basketry. As part of a small group you will practice the craft and begin making your Banneton to take home for proving your future loaves in!

The class will be held over the course of the day from 10am-4pm and will include all material for your basket plus a tasty lunch from the bakehouse.
